ABOUT
I graduated from the MS-AECM program at Carnegie Mellon University, where I deepened my understanding of
project delivery through advanced coursework in scheduling, workflow optimization, and integrated
project delivery. Before CMU, I spent 3.5 years working across architecture, construction, and real
estate development in India, which gave me a multidisciplinary perspective on how projects transition
from concept to execution.
My architectural foundation had trained me to balance spatial efficiency, cost considerations, and
constructability while collaborating closely with clients and consultants. My work in project management
further expanded my experience across the full project lifecycle, land acquisition, regulatory
approvals, brand coordination, and contractor management. I contributed to the development of highway
rest stops in India, partnering with global brands including McDonald’s and KFC, which strengthened my
skills in documentation, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination.
Across all these experiences, I remained focused on bridging design and construction to enhance project
efficiency, clarity, and collaboration. This commitment shaped my interest in design-build environments
and motivated my pursuit of hands-on experience with organizations that value technical excellence,
teamwork, and community impact.
